1. What is magoly?

magoly is an ecommerce store that offers a range of innovative products for home security and convenience. Our products include the 1080P WiFi Bulb Camera with automatic tracking and motion-activated alarm, as well as the 3-in-1 Bedside Lamp with Wireless Charging. We strive to provide cutting-edge solutions that enhance safety and simplify daily life.

2. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at contact@magoly.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided by our customer service team. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that it's important to reach out to us as soon as possible so that we can assist you promptly.

4. Can I return personalized or custom items?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalized or custom items. These items are specially made for you and cannot be resold. If you have any concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to assist you.

5. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. What are your shipping timeframes?

Our efficient processing ensures that your order is crafted and shipped within 3-7 business days. The estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • US & Canada: 5-14 days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7-15 days
  • Europe: 9-15 days
  • Latin America: 10-25 days
  • Africa: 10-25 days
  • Other Countries: 14-30 days

Please note that during peak times, such as the holiday season, delivery may take 20-40 days. While we strive for prompt deliveries, unforeseen delays can occur with external shipping companies. We provide estimated timeframes but cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.
